Managing weight can be difficult for some individuals. Weight gain is not only a result of an imbalanced calorie intake-expenditure ratio but a myriad of environmental and biological factors. Taking the step to prevent excessive weight gain through physical fitness and well-planned meals is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself.
Weight loss and management is the goal of this program. This is one of my specialties. Under this program, you will be exposed to different cardio and strength exercises that will aid in burning calories.
As exercise is not enough, it also has to be accompanied by a weight-loss meal plan. There is no need to worry about searching online for the ideal meal plan. I will personally guide you in preparing calorie-deficit yet nutrient-dense meals.
