The weight loss program at DAFIT-NESS is a specialized program aimed at helping clients reduce their weight and maintain a healthy weight in the future.<\/p>\n
Managing weight can be difficult for some individuals. Weight gain is not only a result of an imbalanced calorie intake-expenditure ratio but a myriad of environmental and biological factors. Taking the step to prevent excessive weight gain through physical fitness and well-planned meals is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself.<\/p>\n
Weight loss and management is the goal of this program.<\/b> This is one of my specialties. Under this program, you will be exposed to different cardio and strength exercises that will aid in burning calories.<\/p>\n
As exercise is not enough, it also has to be accompanied by a weight-loss meal plan. There is no need to worry about searching online for the ideal meal plan. I will personally guide you in preparing calorie-deficit yet nutrient-dense meals.<\/p>\n
